Katy needed a professional website to present her leadership consulting background, list speaking topoics, facilitate new bookings, and provide a venue for books sales.
Developing the Look and Feel
Design inspiration came from the concept of “light.” Light conveys positivity, power, and dynamics. Design Cuts provided a fabulous pack of textured backgrounds in “Iridescent Prism Gradients – by Paper Farms.” Prism shapes also added a nice geometric touch to the layouts, and complimented the backgrounds perfectly.
Katy’s brand colors, teal and blue, were easy to integrate with design and motion effects also played a lot into the layout. Most noticeably on the hero of the home page, adding depth to the visual presentation and making it pop!
